Our TopDomizil apartments are located at five different sites in Berlin:
You will find the apartment complexes "Am Platz vor dem Neuen Tor", „Checkpoint Plaza“, „Panorama Apartments Friedrichstraße“ as well as the complex „Apartmentanlage Wallstraße“ directly in “Mitte”, the most central district of Berlin. Our apartment complex "Residenz Prenzelberg" is situated in the bordering, trendy district of “Prenzlauer Berg”.

Interior/ Furniture
Our TopDomizil apartments, suites and studios are equipped with modern, comfortable furniture. The friendly Mediterranean colors and elegant decorations create a cozy, exquisite ambience. All Senior-, Management- and Grand Suites as well as the City- Apartments have a separate bedroom with comfortable hotel style beds (“box springs”). If you travel with more than two persons, many of our apartments provide a full leather sofa bed (“Maxdivani”) in the living room.
Our TopDomizil apartments are fully equipped with a built- in kitchen. This way you can be totally independent from restaurants and make yourself at home. Enjoy an inexpensive meal in your private dining area! Have breakfast on your balcony/ terrace! Or just relax outside after an adventurous day! Last but not least you will benefit from our modern bathroom with a shower/ bathtub in each apartment.
