The following will inform you about our rates, the reservation procedure and reservation terms and conditions!

 Rates

Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, our TopDomizil apartments feature a pleasure living atmosphere for short or long- term stays. They represent THE alternative accommodation to classic hotel rooms, with a competitive price/ performance ratio: Expect an urban, modern and comfortable residence that gives you great value for your money!

The stated total price is applicable for the respective occupancy of the apartment selected, including all additional charges, checkout cleaning as well as bed and bath linens. Extra services (such as internet, underground parking, room cleaning during stay etc.) are available and will be listed separately in your booking confirmation.

TopDomizil is dedicated to offering you consistent market- driven rates all throughout the year. We do ask for your understanding, however, regarding our increased rates during high season and special events in Berlin (such as trade fairs, Berlinale, marathons, etc.).

Our rates range according to the varying maximum occupancy of our apartments: We calculate a base price for each individual apartment and an additional price for each additional guest in excess of two guests (regardless of age).

It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Reservation Procedure 

You can either make a binding online reservation right away with our “Online Reservation” System (Template on the left of this page!), or book an apartment by phone, fax or mail. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any reservation questions!

a) Online Reservation System

1.       Enter your arrival & departure date as well as the total number of guests (adults & children 0-14)

2.       Chose an apartment from the available apartments listed

3.       Enter your address and personal information (Bolded fields are obligatory!)

4.       Booking confirmation (Feel free to take advantage of our immediate payment discount!)

b) Booking by phone, fax or e-mail

If you prefer to book conventionally, please call (+49 (0)30 / 280 42 28- 0), fax (+49 (0)30 / 280 42 28- 2) or contact us by  e-mail (info@topdomizil.de). We are here for you seven days a week!

Special discounts such as "Early booking"or "Last minute" will be offered at step 2 (apartment choice) and are posted on "Current Offers"!

Reservation Conditions

We do not require a credit card – You may transfer the money directly from your bank account!

In order to confirm your booking, we do require an advance payment of 20% of the booking charge. The remainder is due on the day of arrival.

We do charge the following cancellation fees: • 31 days or more prior to arrival date: 20% of arranged total price • less than 31 days prior to arrival date: 35% of arranged total price • less than 16 days prior to arrival date: 50% of arranged total price • less than 8 days prior to arrival date: 80% of arranged total price • on day of arrival and/or no shows: 100% of arranged total price.
