Residenz Prenzelberg - Studio I

Our very well- designed Studio 1 consists of a main living room (22 qm) that integrates a sleeping area as well as a functional built- in kitchen. Two comfortable hotel style beds (named “box springs” with a width of 80 cm each) and thick curtains assure a good sleep. In general, the accommodation is very bright and pleasant, because of its large windows and pastel colored walls.

If the German weather is fine, you may eat outside on your balcony – otherwise enjoy an inexpensive meal in your private dining- area inside (both fitting two persons at a time). The kitchen has white tile walls, a sink, a refrigerator and a stove. The modern bathroom is also tiled in white and has a bathtub that may either be used for a bath or a shower.
