Residenz Prenzelberg - Grand Suite
Our Grand Suite balcony affords an attractive view over historic buildings from the 19th century representing the “Wilhelminian Style”. Over the past two decades the whole area around Schwedter Straße has been reconstructed and the former old buildings stand out in new glamour. The long balcony ranges from one bedroom, over the living room to the second bedroom - this way it may be accessed from all rooms separately.
For each spacious bedroom you may use your own bathroom with bathtub or shower, another very attractive feature of our Grand Suite. Two separate bedrooms (as well as bathrooms) guarantee privacy for up to four guests, but you may also move in with a party of six! In this case, the additional two persons sleep on a comfortable, full leather sofa bed (named “Maxdivani”) in the pleasant living room.
In general, the whole apartment features high quality furniture, cabinets and open wall units, which easily fit your luggage, shopping goods and souvenirs. Finally, the laminate floors make our Grand Suite a fashionable grand studio en vogue located in the trendy district “Prenzlauer Berg”.
